Glasnost comes to Folkestone

I was commissioned by arts company Strange Cargo to design a series of posters for a project they are running as part of the Folkestone Arts Triennial in 2011. The project seeks to gather information from the public about their town, hence the populist Russian style!

 I designed some beer mats to try and encourage people in pubs to get talking about their memories:

But I think sometimes the ones that got away are somehow more interesting... these are a couple of designs that I was working on but for whatever reason never got further than the planning stage...
